Cheryl Leone, Dave Favor and Beth Noble are the principals of Catalyst Group, Inc.   Law Firm Coach, Wise Leader and Catalyst 360 High Performance Training are divisions within the company.  Together they have over 75 years combined experience in law firms and business management.   Their client list is a broad diverse range of service professionals and businesses.

Cheryl is the company's visionary.  Her diverse background in law firm management makes Catalyst an obvious choice for lawyers seeking advice.  She has owned her own businesses which gives her insight into the problems of small business owners.   She has worked from the ground up in law firms.  She has been a full-time General Manager for two law firms before starting her own company.  Cheryl's forty-five years background in management, employee development and marketing is well known.  She is a recognized speaker and author. She is co-author of Law Firm Coach, a national column written for Lawyer's Weekly.  She also writes Soaring Eagles, a national column for paralegals. She is considered the visionary that makes things happen. Her blog is worthy of reading even if you are not a lawyer as she gives great insight into personal growth and development and marketing on a shoestring.  She and Dave Favor reside together in Raleigh. Centered by their children and their spouses and grand-children and gran-dogs they leave a life filled with zest and humor and a passion for what they do.

Dave is the rock upon which Catalyst is built.  His upper level management experience with IBM and private consulting after his retirement has brought a whole new dimension to the art of law office planning and management.  Dave has traveled nationally and internationally teaching high performance training and management. His prior experience as an ISO auditor and Baldridge Examiner has allowed him to develop QA metrics for Catalyst clients. He is the co-author of Law Firm Coach with Cheryl.  His latest venture, Wise Leader, is the business arm of Catalyst Group, Inc. and the division focuses on small businesses by providing high level management insight.  Dave is the go-to man on business theory and while quiet most of the time when Dave speaks everyone listens.  He is certified to teach self-mastery and emotional intelligence courses and he has a strong value system that makes others strive to meet his standards and views of living a life of passion.  With Cheryl the two of them travel and speak and serve as role models of how relationships can blend with both personal and professional goals.

Beth is an active practicing attorney in Raleigh, North Carolina. She is the senior partner at Leone Noble & Seate, L.L.P.  Her firm is recognized as being on the cutting edge of new age business management and technology.  She implements high performance training and has received recognition for her firm's positive work culture.  She believes in strong best business practices, quality assurance metrics, and a high delivery of client satisfaction with bottom line quality work product.  She is an AV rated attorney and a member of the Million Dollar Advocacy Association. She speaks and writes nationally.  Beth is happiest when she spends time with her husband, Dr. Shawn Noble, who works with John Deere, and their three over-active golden retrievers.
